Yo! Last night was kinda fun... we celebrated Shaun's Birthday and went to eat at Oriental Singapore. The food there's great and the price is great as well... 70 bucks a person excluding drinks. Well it's a buffet so yea all of us were tryin to get our money's worth (typical) But the variety there's awesome. There's like Japanese, Indian, BBQ, Seafood and Local tables where u get to choose your food from (not to mention the dessert corner) Mike, Chee Wee, Melvin, Jared, Gerard, Shaun and I were there... Gerard came with his gf.. and he was like really late. *shakes head* Can't be bothered with the bugger... not yet. After dinner, we went to purchase tickets to "when a stranger calls" but it was 12 and the show was like at 2 so they went to play pool... we were all in dinner jackets and wearing ties so we looked kinda outta place but heck who cares... I was really tired so while they played pool, I caught some sleep on this really comfortable chair there. The show was rather nice.. it's a thriller and for a budget film it's quite good... I mean Jared screamed so yea get the picture? lols.

Today however wasn't exactly the best of days... Man Utd lost to chelsea. Not jus by 1 goal.. no not 2 either... they lost by 3 friggin goals... Rooney was like injured towards the end of the match and I guess that was it... Chelsea won the English league by beating Man Utd... Thank goodness the celebrations weren't being held in Old Trafford... Sir Alex Ferguson would have thrown a fit. Putting that aside however, I dropped the phone that Jared lent me and it got cheesed off and decided to piss me off in return... Now I can't see anything on the screeen unless it's like the bottom half. So Shaun being the nice guy that he is decided to lend me his phone and now i'm using a Samsung phone... it's kinda weird but i'll get used to it.

Would you people follow your heart or your head? I seriously don't noe what to follow at the moment cuz I'm being put in a position that is alien to me. My head tells me that doing that is what's expected of me and I'll definitely enjoy it but will it last? My heart tells me that doing that will make me a happy man but i'll get bored eventually... *thinks thinks* get my drift? I think i should like just stay the guy I am and relax... It's less taxing on the head. The guy who never grows up.... hmm

Gosh it's been hectic... school's like shit loads of fun I have to admit but like sometimes you feel you don't learn anything but then again in the end you end up learning just a little bit? I've been gettin B for all my modules... something is going wrong somewhere... Urgh.. Oh well B ain't that bad but i'd like to see at least one A.. I've learnt the tricks from Jen.. Thanks Jen! So I should be able to get my friggin A for the next few modules...
Surprising how a person's mentality can change over time ain't it? I'm suffering from that right now as a matter of fact. I've been placing too much expectations on myself that what I get have no substance at all... I found something normal but filled with so many things to show me and share with me that I just want to give it my all. It's time to grow up and act like a man... settle down and treasure life.
Since I started school, I've rarely been hanging out in gardens and meetin the rest of the guys so I decided to have a best buddy outing and to welcome the lost sheep Jona on saturday night. Gerard, Shaun and Jared didn't make it for dinner as they had their reasons so after dinner, everyone was down except gerard and we had intended to go for a movie but gerard couldn't come down... However, it was about Jona and Jona wanted to play lan so we went to niner and played a couple of games. Finally when it was like 12 Gerard came down and brought Nicola along with him.... *shrugs* I don't have anything against her but like it was meant to be an all guys thing... can't blame him though, they just got together and he like wants to spend more time with her... garh... so ended up drinkin at melvin's place and being happy high.. slept there till like sunday night then came home and slept again... I'll probably be bloggin like once every week now... and it won't exactly be that long cuz i've no time.
Oh yea Jona, Jen, Melvin and I almost got struck by lightning today... scary stuff... we were alighting the bus in the rain to go to this coffeeshop along thompson road when the lightning struck like 15-20 feet away from us and I like jumped and covered my head in the bus... *pfft* once I like recovered I just scrambled down the bus and didn't look back... damn pai seh la. lol Somebody up there loves me...

YES i know I haven't blogged for like a week but it's jus a week... sheesh relax. It's been a long week and a rather fun one at that.. tiring definitely but fun. Let's see I guess I'll have to start from sunday cuz we went to Sentosa... heh... Tony, Gerard, Chee Wee, Shaun, Marcel, Mike, April and I were supposed to meet at 1.30 but ended up meeting at 4.30 since we're mostly ex gabrielites.... The sun was more or less gone when we arrived so we just kicked the soccer ball around, threw the baseball to each other but never catchin it (cuz you'll like break your fingers if you catch it without a glove), threw the frisbee to this bunch of girls to get a better look at them lol.... (the frisbee got lost in sea in the end) and lastly we played this wrestling game.. Gerard was sittin on my shoulders... Mike was on Shaun.. Tony was on Chee wee haha the objective of the game was to be the last 2 standing... Gerard and I were undefeated champions haha... So all in all the day was rather fun... came home right after that to sleep.

Monday was like the first day of orientation at RP... Was supposed to meet the liddle gal becky at 7.30 and surprisingly I was early but someone was late... VERY late... had to resort to taking a cab to school... (ouch... wish i could drive already). Upon our late arrival, we realised that there was nothing to fret about cuz loads of people were flocking into school late as well. It was super crowded.. and I saw a couple of frenz from St Gabs... class was kinda nonsense... seemed rather dull. Didn't talk to anyone cept this guy called andrew.... Things looked rather bleak for me in school... hanchose man hanchose. Went to gardens and bitched to the guys bout the class then came back home.. to sleep again.

Tuesday... school day again... and guess what? The liddle gal was late... AGAIN.. if this becomes a habit It's gonna be bad... So I told her that we should meet at 7.00 instead so that she'll come around 7.15-7.30 n we'll be on time... that logic should work.. if it doesn't then I'll just have to buy her a friggin irritating alarm clock for her bdae or something... *shakes head* Alright the second day in school was so much better.. we had various ice-breakers and it was quite fun... Andrew didn't come but I talked to this fella called Han Ting i think.. lol... n there was this china girl in our group... urgh You people should know that the chinese language and I never had a great affinity with each other... so there was alot of communication problems... If she's gonna stick to the group I forsee many troubles.. I'll be quite proficient at charades by the end of the year... Presentation's gonna be a problem too... hmm... *shrugs*

Managed to talk things out and like we're all cool now... My last words on the matter would be "what's short, small and puny?" *grinz* no physical violence please... I'm a man of peace... Ghandi's my idol.

Ok now here's the thing... We went fishing on friday.. Jona organised it originally and like everyone was cool n all... however we decided to change the location cuz shaun couldn't go if we had gone to east coast... so we thought that punggol would do the trick. Jen and Jona didn't wanna go... for whatever reasons I wouldn't noe but it would still be fishin in the end wouldn't it? Shaun wasn't there for monetary purposes man... I wanted both of you to go too.. then everybody would be happy wouldn't they? geez.... and I ain't angry that you "stole" him away from us... he'll still be a fren... and always will be a brother of mine... I'm sorry if you wanna see things your way and think that we did it out of spite but nope I just wanted to please everyone but apparently you gave reasons that were not really sensible so I had to ignore you. We appreciate what he did and it won't go overlooked i assure you that... So just chill savvy? I really dont wanna waste anymore energy fighting battle after battle... But just a word if I may.. you're not exactly puttin him in a good light.. do some soul searching and I'm sure you'll understand... that's all I'm gonna say... ciao!

People! GO WATCH ICE AGE 2.... it's so damn hilarious I swear... It's definitely better than Ice Age 1 and packed with loads of laughs. I give it 4 stars... I would give it 5 but it's a cartoon so i gotta act abit grown up yea? lol... I swear the squirrel is the swayest thing i've seen in my life.. every single scene with him in it shows him trying to get this dumb acorn and constantly failing... yea constantly. Bring the whole family.. your kids will love it (if u happen to have any)

However, I strongly advice the weak hearted not to watch the hills have eyes.... It's a crap ass movie... blood and gore seems like the supposed theme.. and by george they're stickin to the damn theme with passion. Please eat a light meal before watchin the damn show cuz you won't have any mood to eat anything after the show. I'd give it 2 stars and I have nothing more to say bout the show itself. I went to watch it with Pravin and Chee Wee and we happened to be sitting behind these 2 ah lians.. *shivers* Pravin went out in the midst of the movie to answer a phone call of some sort and when he came back he grabbed me on the shoulders and shouted "RAHH" which gave me a shock and pissed the ah lian infront of us.... lol she turned around and said "can you stop making noise?" ok so pravin jus shut his trap and opened it once in awhile to complain that he shouldn't have watched this movie... haha... Well I was feeling rather uncomfortable cuz I tend to shift alot during movies and while crossing my legs I nudged the chair infront of me... yes she turned around once more saying "can you stop kicking the chair asshole!" *shocks* like what the hell? I could just gape at her and go huh? Well I didn't even bother giving her a glance when i left the cinema.. while takin a smoke at the ground floor, I saw this turban dude walking by and being James, I pinched Pravin... being pravin haha he screamed rather loudly.. loud enough for the dude to hear... So he turns around and comes up to me saying "eh boy you think you very funny isit?" So I shrug nonchantly and reply back cooly "nope not being funny at all" and then he says that he didn't disturb anybody why disturb him? I obviously deny any accusations and he says "balls to you".... how rude. lol..

I love Mr (poser) and the rest of the group... Marcel, Jared, Mike, Gerard and the rest... The listen to reason and "fight" for what is right... Obviously some wouldn't want to take sides but the others will go all out to help a friend.... there maybe some biasness along the way but it all works out fine. My man Bean, you've chosen the wrong guy to pick a quarrel with... You're not exactly well liked by society and no this does not imply on melvin at all... it's your own doing.. I feel sad for you... seeing you sitting alone at the coffeeshop frantically calling your indian frenz to come down cuz you feel lonely... tut tut... you always choose to go against the wrong guy don't you? A wise decision would be to just say sorry wouldn't it?.... *sniggers* but you won't because you're full of yourself and you think you're better than everybody... newsflash my black friend - you're a nobody.. you have no future, no woman, no respect... nothing. Don't come running back to us in times of need.

Melvin Melvin Melvin.... Let's just be as straightforward as straighforward can go... Your Words are not credible to me anymore.. (I shall just type this with you and me as the subject.. i don't want to voice what the rest are thinking) Remember someone once said to me... "Don't worry I won't see her everyday"? Yea... apparently that ain't happening isn't it? I'm baffled my man at how little you care about your credibility.. Mean what you say and say what you mean... I love you man... I love you like my little brother... even though you're older than me.. but very misguided you are. Geez man if you end up like Jona I'll have nothing to do with you anymore. Oh yea... he meets us once in awhile in gardens but rarely goes out with us no more. You are heading towards that direction my friend. I'm making it a point now to make sure that history doesn't repeat itself.. i'm going to your house, i'm jioing you out.. somehow or another she's always there... let's not jus talk about physically... when she's gone, you're always on the phone with her.... yes? even if you argue with me that you're always there for me... what about the rest? do they mean nothing to you? Rebecca this isn't something I have beef with you about.. Cuz its up to the fella himself to prioritize his life. Melvin, I shall warn you before hand... I have a test for you... it's rather simple... if you fail something so small as that, you both can have all the space in the world... for good.

Oh yea Chee Wee told me just this afternoon that if your IC has two photos, you will not be allowed to drive at the age of 18 and you'll only be able to drive at the age of 21.. I mean if that's true, i'm cool with it cuz i have a single photo on my IC only heh.... anybody know about this?

I swear today was messed up... the weather was so friggin hot but I had to be responsible and accompanied the sec 3s to the Villa Francis home for the aged. Things were not exactly going smoothly and the weather wasn't helping much with my temper... I dislike rumours.. especially stuff that embarrasses me... I ain't gonna take bullshit like that, go think what you think and act accordingly (like you so did) and I shall folow suit. So here's the deal, I ain't gonna be responsible for all you sec 3s no more... I might come back.. It's a big might but if tryin to educate you people about god's so troublesome I migth as well wash my hands off you... Do not take advantage of the remainin youth helpers cuz they have their limits too and a certain few have pushed me to the edge. Keep your slander and rumours to yourself and maybe the atmosphere would be a little less tense. That's gonna be my final word on the matter... god bless.

happy April Fool's day everybody!!! So how many people have you tricked? I was the victim of one trick but tricked 2 other people myself.. *smug* Rebecca and Marlie.... I shan't elaborate any further lest I embarrass them. I read up on a theory of how april fool's day came about and this is what they said.

Many believe that up until the mid-sixteenth century, France celebrated the new year on April 1. But in 1562, Pope Gregory XIII introduced a new calendar to the Christian world, which changed the date of the new year to January 1. Of course, they didn't have email back then, so word traveled slowly and some people continued to celebrate on April 1. These poor, misinformed souls were referred to as "April Fools" and had tricks played on them.

Interesting isn't it? There are many other theories but lazy to type them down...

Been spending the past 2 days camping at melvin's new place... I'm the refugee of the Gaspar's residence.. Hoggin the PS2 (Sorry Marcel) or watchin dvds... it's all cool there... i guess the grass is always greener on the other side.

Anyone happening to catch UltraViolet? It's not exactly that great a show as the trailers make it seem to be... i'd give it 3 stars. Alot of action but the plot's a tad bit weird. The main actress's hot though.. she acted in Resident Evil.. Born for these type of action stuff. Oh I managed to watch The GodFather on dvd too.. it's real cool the director's real good... the show potrays the extents the mafia would go to attain power among other things. I'm definitely gonna watch 2 and 3 too... heh

Guess what? Republic Poly finally called me on thursday but i was sleeping so they called my house but i wasn't sleeping at home, I was at melvin's place. So my mom called Marcel and he woke me up... it went something like this
Marcel : James! James! Wake up! Your mom called me and she said you're accepted into RP.
*shakes James roughly*
James *sleepily*: Huh? Oh really ah? ok... *falls back to sleep*
James *sits up extremely fast*: WHAT?

Yea haha I had this lag time... I thought I was dreaming at first... So being extremely high spirited, i kicked the bunk bed above me which was holding Melvin and told him I was accepted into RP... the bugger jus said "Take care of Rebecca for me" not even a congratulations.. geez... Swine. hmph... lol. I'll be taking up this course called New Media.. sounds rather interesting doesn't it? Well we'll see when the time comes.. but i can't afford to get out of this course or it's the army for me... Oh yea and finally, Melvin and Rebecca's status ain't "almost attached" already they're officially attached... congratulations you two. That's one down... so many more to go...

Listen up you Sow! I don't care who you are or where you come from.... Be glad you ain't living in Singapore or I'd make that sad excuse of what you call a life a living hell. I hear HK kinda run-down huh? How're the slums down there? I wouldn't know, you're the one living there yea?
